3. Conditions of usage

5.2. If the program is registered, the present License inures from the moment of program’s registration and acts an extent of all period of its usage.
5.3. In case of any violation of present license’s conditions, You are losing the right to use the program given by the present License and KanzSoftware company can be demanded the full compensation of the lost caused by this, including the missed benefit.
5.4. If conditions of this Agreement contradict to the legislation of Your country, usage of program Sound Normalizer is forbidden.
6. The Limited warranty
6.1. KanzSoftware company does not guarantee co processing work and/or compatibility of the program with the software and the equipment of other manufacturers, particularly with the software and the equipment released later, than the given program.

KanzSoftware company does not guarantee that the program does not contain errors, and also does not carry any liability for direct or indirect consequences of use the given program, including the programs which have arisen because of possible program errors.
